Grand Ole Opry Marketing Intern
Assist in all areas of Opry Marketing throughout the internship, including contributing to major interactive, promotional, and advertising projects included in 2008 Marketing Plan, participating in weekly staff meetings and other meetings as necessary.
Assist in preparation for and execution of Opry special events including CMA Music Fest Presence, Plaza Parties, Fan Club party.
Assist with interactive marketing?manage MySpace bulletins, comments, friends, etc. Contact the websites of artists performing on the Opry and provide them with information to post on their sites. Seek out and review websites with Grand Ole Opry mentions and provide updated copy and/or images. Build database for the Opry’s industry email newsletter.
Assist promotion coordinator with media and other promotions including contest fulfillment.
Assist advertising coordinator with organization of ads and collateral.
Assist office marketing and sales assistant with photo archiving, numerous office needs.
